FCA NEWS ARCHIVES (1998)
1999/98 Weren't a great years for Archery Canada, a change in government in '97 changed the number of sports receiving funding, archery did NOT make the cut, which nescessitated a huge downsizing and the loss of the full time employees. Using every bit of engenuity in the book, the FCA Board cobbled together all the resources available to keep the office open. It wasn't easy, but it worked! A recognized casualty was communication, so a weekly newsletter that was available through that new medium, the email, was introduced.
