office will be open next week Wednesday October 7 and Friday October 9, 8:30 AM

2. Board mailing/Information du conseil administratif
Packages will be coming out to everyone on the FCA board mailing list
today. If you are not on the FCA distribution list, but wish copies of
all the minutes, these are available for $2.00 to cover printing, shipping and
handling. They are in English only.

Disclaimer:
Please note that the minutes enclosed are re-constructed from MY memory (because
of the theft of the original minutes) with the help of Karen Reinhart(NB) and
Eric Mott (NS). Thank you to those two directors. If errors in
motion movers and seconders are noted, please advise the national office and
corrections will be made for future Board meetings.
FCA's AGM minutes will be circulated when translation into French has been completed.
The national office will be closed Monday October 5th and the entire week of October 12. Normal office hours of Mondays, Wendesdays and Fridays will resume for the last two weeks of October.
Please remind all clubs that tournament registration fees DO NOT include GST. Add 7% All clubs wishing to register indoor star tournaments ($40.00) must do so through the office no later than December 11, 1998. Canadian indoor tournament requests ($25.00) should be made two months in advance.
The FCA is still looking for a chairperson for the Coaching Committee. Contact Al Wills ASAP.
FCA's new rulesbook is available The book with binder is $19.95 and without binder is $12.00 (plus GST) The Judges Course Conductor Manual is available for $14.95 (plus GST). The new Coaches Course Conductor manual Levels 1-3 is available also for $24.95 (plus GST) All publicatons orders should be sent through Distribution at 1-800-511-9999.

to Joan McDonald and all national records are sent to Christianne Murphy.
Copies of scorecards for each can be sent to the national office.
