This letter is for let to know the decision that our Directive Junta take about the " XVIII BATALLA DE CARABOBO TOURNAMENTS ", that was place in Valencia city, in June from 19 to 26, which was Internationals - Invitational and World Ranking Tournaments was SUSPEND.
Considering many reasons, we take this decision, within this we have:
* Until today we only received from Cuba they registration,
* And considering our budget that our National Institute of sport given to us, that was less that the last year and they toll to us in the end of the last month of April.
Waiting that you understand our situation and waiting that very soon we can have another tournament, as that we had in 1988 " AMERICA ARCHERY CHAMPIONSHIP ", remains in your.
