Another exciting week of Government bureaucracy, but now I'm on to the membership programme and clubs. Never a dull moment here. I hope you enjoy the latest updates. / J'ai travaille encore de completer l'annee financier et maintenant j'essaye de completer les clubs et l'assurance. J'espere que vous vous amusez les nouvelles.
1. Issues in Canbow/le programme de jeunesse-Canbow
Due to some confussion that has arisen in the CanBow Programme in the area of inner ten rings, it has highly recommended by the ACC that the FCA rules be followed and the inner ten be used in all classifications as per the rules.
This means that the inner tens will be used for scoring on all of the targets used indoors, 80cm,60cm and 40cm. Futher the CanBow programme users will have to use the x-ring scoring to use as a tie breaker.
Once this change has been approved by ACC, an addendum will be sent out to all provincial Junior Coordinators. Please pass this information along to all those in your province currently using the Canbow programme.

2. Time for a Break/une pause
Pascal has some news: Next week I will be off most days of the week, I plan to work one day only,on Tuesday. I also plan to finish one of my 2 remaining level 4 task./ Pascal sera disponible seulement le mardi prochaine. Il veut completer les devoirs de niveau 4, programme des entraineurs.

4. Attention Coaching Course Conductors
Links are available to the Course Conductor electronic education service of Coaching Association. Just fill out the survey. There is no registration fee or charge for this service and you can remove your name from the list at any time.

Vth World Indoor Target Archery Championships
Vèmes Championnats du Monde de Tir à l'Arc sur Cibles en Salle
Havana (CUBA) will be host to the Vth World Indoor Target Archery Championships on 7-12 March 1999.
A total of 42 countries have registered to enter the competition :

7. Second SkiArc Championships/le deuxieme championnat mondial
SkiArc is a relatively new discipline of archery and Louise Vien of Ottawa will be the first Canadian to attend a world championship event. She will be up against some pretty tough Italian skiiers. Bon Chance!
Louise Vien sera la premiere archers canadienne de skiarc ce mars en France. L'equipe italienne sera tres forte. Good luck, Louise.
