This has been T4 etc. week and I'm glad this sort of stuff only has to be done once each year (PHEW!!!) / Malheureusement, toute cette semaine, j'ai travaille pour les trois gouvernements: Quebec, l'Ontario et le niveau federal. Heureusement, il y a une fois par annee!!!!
FCA has received a formal invitation via the NAA to our archers wishing to shoot Atlantic City Classic. The dates are April 30-May 2, 1999 at the Atlantic City new Convention Centre. Anyone needing more information, please contact this office. Si vous voulez tirer le tournois "Atlantic City Classic", ecrivez-a-moi. J'ai plusieurs de details. Les dates seront 30 avril a 2 mai.
There appears to be some confusion in BC about tournament dates. I am printing the information as I received them from the letters sent by Arrowsmith and Burnaby clubs.
April 10-11 double FITA Star Parksville range
May 22 FITA Star Canada Cup Burnaby
June 13 900 Round BC Games trials Burnaby
July 18 900 Round Burnaby

3. Trip to Germany/voyage a l'Allemande
Alec Denys, who was not able to compete in Stoke-Mandeville last August, will be able to attend a special paralympic training camp sponsored by Beiter Company in Germany next month. There have been some very good points raised in the e-mail discussion over the nationals. In particular, Marthe Cusson has made some very positive suggestions. Depuis deux semaine je recois les e-mails concernants notre championnat exterieur. Plusieurs de benevoles ont donne leurs opinions. Felicitations a Marthe Cusson pour ses suggestions positives. Si vous voulez donner avis a ce comite ad hoc, ecrivez a Bruce Savage, le president de comite.
Next week I'll be working with Oliver and the provincial membership chairs to get everything up to speed. Please encourage your fellow club members to join your provincial organization and the FCA. Together we're stronger.
La semaine prochaine, je travaillerai au programme inscription (? Alain did I say that properly). J'espere que chaque membre de la FCA encouragaient les autres archers d'inscrire au club et a l'association provinciale. Ensemble, nous serons plus forte.
Pascal Colmaire is off to Winnipeg to work at a training camp with Manitoba's elite archers. The Ottawa office will be open next week: February 22, 24 and 26 from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm EDT.
